Daughters bedroom. When I fitted it out a couple of years ago, the lamp fitting has 3 lamps, G9 type fittings and sodding small shades.
To secure the shades there is a screw ring, about 1" diameter with a serrated circumference and a special tool to remove shades to change bulbs.
Said tool is a bakelite type plastic and I think the daughter has tried before reporting two failed bulbs. The problem is the tool has cracked and expands/slips as you try to turn it.
Does anyone know where you can source such tools? before I have to admit defeat and go out an buy a new fitting.
