It was probably the old woman... Apparently she can't work the PDQ machine. If they have your booking you should be alright.
Do I have to book in advance and if so is there a cut off date?
Yes and I don't think there is one, but the earlier the better.
Can recommend a glass or two to help the sleeping......also there is always space for straighteners and hairdryer......even on a week in Wales!! :o)

wel said! We will be arriving late Fri eve as i dont finish work till 5pm, Sat I shall be partaking in pub lunches, cream tea's and sunbathing, awaiting bbq and drunkardness Sat eve!
Please can someon provide me with a cup of tea in the mornings, cannot function without!!

I will have all of my usual home comforts with me, so i will bring extra tea bags and mugs. I might also bring my mini kettle BBQ as it would be better than using disposables if we have a BBQ one evening.

well on that note, phil and i may be bringing our super duper bbq from home if we have room in the van. we are only bringing one bike so should have room. We can have a proper bbq then!

The plan is to do the same route as last year > Devon and Somerset GP. We have the details.
A couple of us have been trying to reach Rich (who knows the route and lead last yr) but we haven't been able to get hold of him.
I had planned to ask if anyone fancied leading the route???

As the girls seem to be all staying at the camp the Penguins will do there own thing on the Saturday and let the boys have their own ride.
If it rains (very unlikely) we will probably stay at the pub.

We have just had some sort of monsoon and hurrican pass over the campsite. I've had to go round and put all my pegs back in as the wind pulled them out of the soft rain sodden ground.

I don't currently have one, i'm using someone elses. It's a bit of a pain cos the barrier doesn't stay uplong enough for 2 vehicles so you have to get out and run back with the card. We need a gate guard to stand at the gate and let everyone through. I vote for Fizz for this job, he could have a little hat and a 5mph sign.
Right! I'm doing a test run with a day off tomorrow. If the shop doesn't burn down/flood/scare ALL the customers away/take no money/Get robbed/open up a giant sinkhole and get swallowed up, .... then I know its safe to come next week.

WB - When you call "If they can't take a deposit ATM" tell 'em, it's cost you 4 phone calls to try and pay a deposit - Tell 'em to make the booking and you'll pay on Friday when you arrive....

Hoorah - I am well excited now chaps - can't wait to see all you guys - we always have such a laugh. Fingers crossed on the weather - its pelting down at mo. :-( I am poss riding down with rich to save some petrol money so will be limited with gear and stuff - anyone who had a spare blanket who is coming in a car - any chances we can borrow it?? Think its gonna be colder this weekend at night than the AR was. Bar b q sounds great and relaxing is definately on the cards.
