Because I live 400 odd miles and an 8 hour drive away! Plus I was working til 3am sat morning and then back to work at 0730 tomorrow so logistically, it would have been impossible!

Feeling a bit more human. Work, then sleep, then italian restaurant has brought me back to life.

Lovely to meet everyone, thanks to Phil & Kate for the BBQ, Fizz & Liz for the shelter, Rich for leading Sunday and Mark, Gavino, Squirrel for the "entertainment".

lol - Yeah would be nice to drop them a line. I made sure to go and say a personal thank you to them when Rich and I left. I said that I would be reccommending the campsite and its fantastic how they keep the place so clean and I did mention we may go back next year - so keep the date in your diaries. Pics are posted by the way for those who haven't seen them yet.

Oh crap more money down the pan and a day in Bognor doing speed awareness. The fact that we did 100+ down the same road 20 minutes later and didn't get caught is the only grain of comfort I have. C'est la vie.
