Had a good 12 mile walk in the snow today to get to/from work. This morning was like a ****ing blizzard, roads were a foot deep , knackering!

174 miles today, truely terrifying, but in an exhilarating way, the run down the A3 this morning wasn't to bad, but as I had to drop my pressures a little to cover the back roads I obviously couldn't use it on the way back, return via woking and dropped in on Ness(fizzy fish) (http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-snc4/hs102.snc4/35458_467459524134_621884134_5796102_5610759_n.jpg ), the S4 was all over the place but great fun, although I will concede riding on ice in the dark is perhaps one step to far......

I already have the best KTM, wouldn't want to compromise it's road manners to be honest, besides the smaller bikes are better off road, I have a CCM 404ds, but the S4 is fun on the slippy stuff anyway.

I personally would not be venturing up the A64 to Scarboro. Especially up witwell hill!

It was fine, although 4WD was engaged a few times. Whitwell hill was clear, but other sections were 'interesting'. I took the camera but did not stop for photos. :(

Glad you got through. Having a 4wd would have helped no doubt.
