No, we're calling you derailers! off to the megathread with you!!
what? the most diabolical clap trap ever to hit the screen!!
if its not been suggested... Fargo
Hehehe, I threw it for a laugh. The plotlines are horribly cringeworthy.
The Corpse Bride is a far better romantic film and dark, funny and surreal like all
Tim Burton movies.

well... vague insight into the timelines of characters that weren't developed enough to make you care.

Is that your regular Sat night viewing Richie?
The Mrs got blagged by the bloke in the video shop last night.
Almost picked up The Mechanic but instead was assured she would enjoy Nicholas Cage in his latest outing.
Don't waste any of your precious time here on this Earth watching 'Season of the witch'.
Very poor.
Takes ages to get going & although has great promise (1300A.D. crusades, witches, daemons generally stuff I don't mind watching) it just misses the mark (by a mile).

Nick cage is a poor wooden actor tbh so most films containing him will be poor IMO.
The few films I do like have been very good scripts, effects etc and any actor would've had same result, but I'm not a fan at all of his.

Badg i think the org porn perversion belongs to Richie
Inception is def a good film, I would avoid The Village if possible. True Lies, Predator and Total Recall are good if you are an Arnie fan. Zombieland is good for a laugh. War wise, Platoon, Apocolipse Now, Casualties of War, Thin Red Line. The Abyss and the Alien quadrilogy are worth a look as well as the ever classic Robocop! Just spotted Dog Soldiers in the list, good film.
"Wheres Spoony?"..... "There is no Spoon!"
Edit again, if you like Guy Ritchie films, Lock Stock, Snatch and Rock 'n' Rolla are good.

Possibly, but look at the ratio of films he's done and the films that are regarded as a good film, it's not that great.
Now, look at good actors and their ratios, look at the difference, Tom Hanks to name one, nick cage couldn't play half Tom Hanks roles as he isn't wooden.
Like I said, not a fan, but I liked knowing, next and the one with the flaming bike.

I had to watch it in my Film class in highschool a few years back, and aside from being about 2 hours and 45 minutes, it's an amazing movie. Truly a classic.
