Thankfully badged as a Chrysler in the UK and not Lancia like the rest of europe.

Ford Scorpio is up there imo

This used to be mine, there's tons now though, I don't even know the names of them because I hold them in such contempt so I can't google for a pic.

Pretty much every car from Malaysia, any far eastern car that is designed to be a people car or mini mpv, they have shocking taste and design skills.

Btw, the 'chrysler' in the op is based on a fiat panda, so it's not even a lancia.

Anyway, had to follow one of these couple of weeks back, stupid thing couldn't go more than 5mph round a corner!

The Ford Scorpio often crops up as one of the ugliest cars. But I had one years ago and loved the look. Each to their own I guess.

The Multipla is an ugly car but going back to the title, it has to be the Range Rover Sport HSE that makes me feel sick. Living in Essex (and also if you have ever seen MBFGW or TOWIE) I think they are the auto equivalent of a very over-priced burberry cap. I quite like the other models though.

You just cannot turn a Turd into a Roller or a Volvo . A teacher of mine had one in Secondary School .... I hammered him about it until he swapped it . He did admit to me he was skint and it was given to him , he then swapped it for an Ex-GPO van that had the logos painted over ....... I then hammered him for the remainder of my School Days for becoming Postman Pat .

,....but then we're old!

So why, if they failed so miserably at the beauty contest with the princess did they have to try again with the Ambassador?

To be fair I was thinking of the Maestro (first talking car?) and the Montego (check out the yellow one!) more than the humble cheese wedge/door stop/ The 6R4 Metro was hot stuff in the 80's

However, having been through this thread, frankly I am shocked that you missed this one. It looks like a cow pat with wheels.

Wide sweeping statement here , but nothing makes me cringe or sneer more than a car with racing logos all over it when we know it`s just some sort of actual girls car made to look masculine by some spotty McDonalds employee . Usually with mismatching bodywork (coz we was rallying one night like and the front end wasn`t as good as my mad skillz and it was all I could do to save me and Kyle and Tannika and Jordans life ... ok) roughly translates as entering a really gay roundabout at too high a speed and crunching the plastics on the kerbs on the opposite side ....... anyway , I digress , anything fitted with the Full Halfords Devalue Kit gets automatic entry.

Genius Geo, I always wondered why Marvin looked familiar

I thought that this thread was going to be about travel sickness, which I am sad to report I really suffer with. I have puked in more cars that I care to remember and have even been travel sick on my SV. :(

However, having been through this thread, frankly I am shocked that you missed this one. It looks like a cow pat with wheels.

I present the Austin Maxi... Vile looking thing.

You meanie Jayne. My dad liked our first Maxi so much (a fine "duck green" example) that he replaced it with another one, this time in timeless BL beige. They were great - you could practically move house in one.

Here's a proper picture of that turd that was the Aston Martin Lagonda

ROFL.....I bet they only cost the same as a bit of Blackpool rock!

Chancellor Merkel will pay you to take them away, as there is no more room in German landfills for them, as they do not degrade.

I had one of these gems, cost me £50

Awful to look at, as they were to drive

This was what my parents driveway looked like circa 1987. Although they had the Talbot Sunbeam which was the hatchback model. Unfortunately not the Lotus variant.

The Avenger was a terrible car, even as a kid I knew that. The wings were like swiss cheese and the plastic seats were nice and sticky in the summer.

Before that they had a Maxi and a Princess. Not they best at buying cars is my dad.

My dad then bought this for my sister to learn to drive in, I borrowed it for work and had it on 2 wheels when I took a roundabout a bit quick!

Can you believe that earlier versions of these 2 were the stars of the Bulitt car chase??

I always liked Land Rover Off roaders, with a few midifications they could be made into amazing machines.

then they released this animal dropping of a car.

The Freelander... Ugly, plastic and er... ugly.

Nearly as ugly as the 101. However, I always wanted (and still do if I am honest) one of these. :smt050

However, as much as I love my precious Suzuki, what the hell were they thinking with this?

I presume that's a 55? if so they had a novel safety feature, on convertion to RH drive the braking system was plumbed from the left (this was done on a number of cheap car back then, not normally a problem), however the floor was so flexible the front seat passenger could stamp down and cause the brakes to engage,I always though it was one of those urban myths, but we actually tried it and it kind of make the car "hickup", great fun...
