I get the abuse because I have the moral fibre to take it. I was raised by wolves, taught by the Gods and made loved to by Amazon warriors every day of my life since the age of 6. I was the basis for the film Universal Soldier and I have a 155mm howitzer for a penis. Basically, they're just trying to bring me back down to earth, though my superhuman ability to fly can make that somewhat challenging.

Mark_h +2 credits for attending but no points for actual leading as it was a bit of a short ride due to poor light
Thunderace +2 credits good attendance
Tomor +1 credit (+2 for attendance but -1 for being late)
Jammy +4 credits (+2 for good attendance, +1 for pretty impressive speed in getting to meet point, +1 for managing to avoid that curb by the barracks gate right-hander but guess you didn't see me see you)

As Fallout and myself have repeatedly covered ever since the day nothing happened, nothing plebish happened. When I rode the SV wednesday it was such a piece of ****. The gixxer has rubbed off on me. May make a little more sense if read in conjunction with <this thread (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=183459)> post 5 introduces the credit methodology and the rest explains the operating principals of the Empire.

The empire is expanding into any regions with decent roads or women with low expectations and welcoming personalities. I suspect Wales will be on the agenda sooner rather than later on at least one of the above criteria.

There may be an opening for minister of Wales (or NorthWest Guildford) if you feel up to the task.

Be warned though that any personal or riding weakness exposed will be mercilessly ridiculed by the cabinet at all and any opportunity.

Ah I get it (apologies). Ahem, Northwest Guildford is a pleasant country. Some say its "God's Country"! More? Northwest Guildford is known for its plethora of common birds which tend to be seen most on Friday and Saturday Post Meridian. These common birds tend to become quite appreciative following 'hydration', which is not so expensive a practice as it is in say London.

Also Northwest Guildford is full of exciting scenery which of course includes mountainous roads. Were I Minister I would ensure, no, I would give a Lib Dem "Guarantee" that there will be an absence of Officers of the Law during other ministers excursion through God's Country.

Furthermore, if it is possible for the cabinet to fit into one double bedroom, this Minister Elect would offer it free of any charge. There is unlimited access to Charlotte Church's pub around the corner and ample establishments for further libation.

This Minister Elect can also say that he is confident of representing the constituency and, more importantly, the Org - having had full knowledge of posts since May 2012 onwards - with distinction.

There will be no romance/bromance on the NW Guildford trip as he is taking the Minister for Cakes/his PA to ensure that he behaves himself.

This assumes that we will be allowed across the border into NW Guildford as if previous behaviour is anything to go by it is likely he will swear at the border patrol guards and call them all Plebs, Tosspots and Wassocks and our van will be confiscated.

So on Monday you are complaining that there have been no GMCA adjustments since Saturday. However Saturday there were umpteen ROCA recommendations made by many contributors reflecting on the only event I was a part of since the last GMCA. To be honest I see no ground for complaint for this issue. Perhaps I am missing something?

...and that on several occasions provisional GMCA tags of a +/- nature have been lodged and never clarified. I've cleard up all the ambiguous +/- tags save fallouts rage buggies one.
Most speculative and provisional GMCAs are dependent upon clarification from the pointee or subject to impartial validation. I can see this could be an issue for administrative maintenance. How about all speculatives are seen as negative if no positive affirmation is forthcoming within 48 hours. Would that help?

I'd like to propose that all future conditional points be added to the ROCA tag and will not be added up until ratified and clarified by Mark_h by the addition of a GMCA tag (this can be done by simply quoting a ROCA post and adding GMCA).
What about non-ride-out related credits such as stranger#3 etc? Perhaps we need a third class of point. Speculative Points Adjustment Mechanism - SPAM?

To be honest the confusion and muddle of the credits system is completely unsustainable and unless it's straightened out then I might have to resort to credit based sanctions.
I am confident that my allocation of points is clear and unambiguous with sufficient justification given for each to be self confirming. However I have noticed that folks are not taking the care when issuing ROCAs (eg, Thunderace posting at least 4 different ROCA posts for the same ride-out) and (I'm looking at you MrSmith) some upstarts feel justified in demanding outrageous GMCAs completely bypassing due process. Credit based sanctions in these cases seem justified to me.

N.B. Rare though they may be, one adminstrative demerit is worth 10 sustainability credits, bureaucracy is the soul of the empire.
I fully accept you have a right to impose credit sanctions to cover sloppy postings that lead to an increase in administrative burden. I will however declare myself immune from administrative demeritation in perpetuity as outlined in the founding sustainability policy statement which can be found here (http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=183775)

If this keeps up I might have to implement an unsuccessful appeal 1 point deduction balanced by a successful appeal bonus point. That or charge money for it as a FoI request.

I fully support endorse and invoke your suggestion to fend off the unsustainable volume of credit challenges made by those too stupid or lazy to check for themselves. I believe that in the main all challenges have proved unfounded. So from this point on any point challenge made and later found to be unjustified will result in the points in question being deducted from the Challenger and shared equally between the minister for sustainability and the minister for administrative affairs to compensate for the reputation damage we risk from these unfounded challenges.

And finally, I appreciate this in itself represents an administrative overhead but unless I am challenged then Tomor receives -1 Credit for each and every post from 15:30 today until his Avatar is changed to this one......

I travel the country dipping my wick in all water supplies serving areas not aligned to the empire. All cabinet members do the same to ensure all reservoirs are suitably wicked! The northern wastelands are usually "seeded" too but that's a secret.

Perhaps it's not as bad as all that, seems longer.

Happy to consider all speculative points as -ve unless ratified, it might encourage those allocated the points to be proactive in providing evidence. That solves the GMCA/ROCA issue and does away with the need for additional tags.

My original thought was that you could incorporate provisional points into ROCA (acronyms not withstanding) but this solution works equally well.

As Minister Elect for NW Guildford it is my duty to correct Andrewsmith whose information is inaccurate. NW Guildford's water source is unknown. There is no "wickage" from the nearby English Counties as stated.

Some say God himself pours water into the rivers Taff, Wye and Severn. It is a fact that the water flows from NW Guildford into the Severn, supplying the nearest South West counties which would otherwise be considered desert country.

I refer my esteemed colleagues to the following news article validating said facts - Water Rich NW Guildford should supply drought hit England (http://www.walesonline.co.uk/news/wales-news/2012/02/21/farmers-call-for-national-water-grid-as-defra-declares-england-drought-hit-91466-30370853/)

Kind Regards,

ME NW Guildford

How the fork have I gone from 3 to 1?? I haven't done anything to deserve this. Please may I ask for a reconsideration or an explanation for my loss of points?

Sincerely,

Agricultural Minister
