I can search and show you the posts but it will involve a -1 credit if my maths is accurate.

Or you could search yourself and complain if you still think I'm wrong and you'll get a +1 (if correct).

I'm only telling you this because you're the first complainant since the new system was agreed.

How the fork have I gone from 3 to 1?? I haven't done anything to deserve this. Please may I ask for a reconsideration or an explanation for my loss of points?

Sincerely,

May I refer you to post #193. Please give careful consideration to any points challenge.

I've been told I cannot dock him credits due to some small print but I believe there's a possibility that some of his positive credits may get hung up in processing for quite a long time.

Negative credits seem blissfully unaffected by processing issues you'll all be glad to hear.

Not a great deal of credit-worthy activity to judge to be honest. Spank's got a new bike but no details as yet shared and nobody yet pointed out it's bound to be stolen with £4k debt associated with it etc which in itself warrants a de-credit from the usual suspects I suppose.

There was a ride-out Sunday with, to be honest, pretty half-hearted ROCAs allocated with no real flavour of the kind of ride, where it went, who nearly killed themselves, or any sustainably learnings to be gleaned from the meagre post.

Jammy has been feeling a bit hurt that nobody responded to his request for a ride-out Saturday and instead of marketing the ride chose to whine like a little girl. However since starting a new college course (no details yet as to nature of course so speculation will follow), taking up fencing (to corral the vicious wild kangaroos of Basingstoke), starting a job in a pub and losing his long-term lover to the wilds of the Midlands he's been more active and available than before suggesting he was just too darn lazy before to bother.

Job who has been lazily re-posting pretty unfunny stuff from the four corners of the internet into the joke section for weeks has overstepped the taste mark and is being hunted by the moral majority for doing so. Luckily while he was .ORGs most-wanted he was off in Germany hunting out pictures of cute puppies being dressed up as pixies to help rebuild his damaged reputation. Unfortunately I suspect German search engines will have returned several vulgar hits which his Jobbiness will feel compelled to repost further damaging his fragile reputation driving Bob further from his grasp.

So with no further ado (what does ado actually mean) on with the sustainability assessment....

GMCA

Spank +2 (for getting a new bike would have been higher had we had a decent wahooo post ref it's qualities beyond I drove it in the rain and it scared me. Just because it's not insured does not stop you sitting on it, pretending to be Thunderace and making motorbike noises in the garage.)

Jammy +2 (for sustainably starting his nail-art course at school to repair the damage his post digging activities are impacting on his hands damaging his tip-gaining chances in the pole-dancing bar he now bog-trolls in.) Query the propensity for hyphens in this judgment; but I feel they are warranted; along with the semi-colons in this query!

Thunderace -2 Fallout -2 (for both failing to abuse and poke fun at Spank's new bike. Shocking lack of focus on both your parts)

Thunderace +2 for organising GM end of season bash would have been higher but you have bottled out of demanding cash from attendees for meat (totally justified in these cash stripped times) which suggests unsustainable weak undertones of woosiness. May I suggest £10-£15 per head for meat and basic beers is not unreasonable give you will shortly be selling big-issue on Aldershot high-street.

Thunderace -2 for a poor ROCA. Generic points allocations are detailed quite clearly somewhere early on and these were not followed. I may have overlooked this had you not docked me points for not attending something I never said I would be attending anyway!

Tomor -2 for neither posting up his exploits regarding rear-shock replacement or for that matter suggesting the return of my aba stand which is now finished with AND augmented by a brand new one of his own!

Mark_H -1 for an overall grumpy GMCA post but it's cold I'm up to my ears in spreadsheets and neither my bike nor scooter have moved for a while.

DaddyJob -3 for joke related laziness and poor taste. No need to discuss further, put yourself in naughty corner and think before posting in future!

Spank +1 for not letting on that we both know where the little black box containing the internet is kept or that the flashing light alternates between blue and orange with a strange cuckoo noise coming every 4th flash.

AndrewSmith +1 for good behaviour

Spank +1 just noticed your new SIG. - Nice:)
Daddyjob -1 Just remembered your behaviour ment my wallpaper joke got ignored.

Please see below for re-pasted (see what I've done there) wallpaper joke.

My bedroom needed re-papering. I knew the neighbour downstairs had recently re-papered the exact same room in his flat, so I went and asked him how many rolls he had bought. "Seven" he replied. So off I went, got the paper and did my bedroom. I papered everything: inside the cupboards and behind the lightswitches. I had two rolls left over. Went back to see him and told him that I didn't understand how, but that I had two rolls left over. "So have I" he said.

[Edit] Now this has moved the main GMCA off the last page so those real-lazy last-post clicking types will have to go back a page AND read a long post. Oh well; can't be helped.

Minister for Cakes can confirm that the PM was given a proper spanking this weekend.

First he was beaten soundly at Scrabble despite bonus points being on offer for any words of a slightly smutty origin.

Then he was overtaken on a dual carriageway by Minister For Cakes. Which doesn't sound too bad but M.F.C. was driving a transit van at the time.

His egg frying technique needs some work but he is a reasonable assistant chef in curry making. He should get a bonus point for assisting with a Facebook frape. But lose points because it was the Minister of Cakes' account.

Your joke was terrible, I only copied and pasted from elsewhere ;) Double standards were being had. Plenty of people who objected more than likely laughed at previous jokes of Micahel Jackson, Gary Glitter, Maddie McCann etc etc. All of which are of the same level and have the same affect. Hence why i didn't post anything up after replying to GG's post.

That's because he was probably holding the 2 pieces of frame together with his riding position and trying to hide the orange wheels.

At this point they are, many were made during the times when they were going on as well. Even being at school plenty of 'jokes' were circulating about certain events.

But were the jokes made HERE?

theres always these jokes around and they don't offend me (well I found the poor construction of your one a little offensive, it was a bit laboured and didnt really make sense but the subject matter didnt bother me) but I've not seen them here before and lots of people on here have young kids.

As for points, there's only been one or two GMCA's, I'll probably update on thursday unless theres a lot more.

ROCAs are marks business.

I only administer GMCAs and SPAMs.

Point of order:-
GMCAs and SPAMS are issued by Minister of sustainability
ROCAS can be "recommended" by any attendee and unless challenged by other attendees are considered valid. No sustainability ministerial privileges required in the dishing of ROCAs. In the event the MOS issues ROCAs it is in the capacity of a ride attendee and not MOS.

All points are administered (added up etc) by the Ministry of Administrative affairs. If the burden of administration is becoming too high you may want to consider taking on staff. Job is due some community service and is doing advanced adding up at night school if I remember correctly so would appear a potential Intern.

Spank86
09-10-12, 06:28 PM
Hang on, how am I supposed to know if ROCAs have been approved or just not seen?

I was under the impression that ROCAs would be quoted by the MOS with A GMCA tag added if they were approved.

Otherwise I have to hunt for ROCAs, then hunt back and forth for posts by you to see if they're edited and deal with multiple order lapping ROCAs for the same ride.

Unsustainable.

Consider all ROCAs valid and I'll adjust any that seem to be getting challenged with a well placed GMCA.

So long as ROCAs are issued in accordance with the guidelines MOS should have no reason to challenge them. If ROCAs are mis-used then MOS will adjust with a GMCA and severely adjust the ROCA abuser.

Consolidated ROCA and GMCA for the ride-out Sunday October 14th

As I'm sure you are all aware, ROCA points are awarded thus:-
Run leader +4
Attendees not making a fuss about start time/route/location etc and then turing up righ place right time +2
Other activities of note add and deduct points according to general consensus.

This consolidated post overrides the posts in the 14th thread as those adjustments have been incorporated. Anyone feeling they need to challenge them can take the matter up with my Automated Reviewing Sustainability Engine.

General awards Mark_H +4 for leading ride of 15 bikes when in fact no rideout was planned. Also I feel a bonus point for all attendees for turning up despite it being a tad chilly so default for good attendance = 3 for this ride.

Mark_H +7 (+4 leading, +1 avoiding Thunderace’s highly unsustainable overtake, +1 for staying with the group for lunch despite certain nagging, -1 for braking down on the way home, +2 for fixing it by the roadside and getting home)

Thunderace +1 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for trying to kill Mark_H on A32, +1 for good TEC duties, -2 for being a forum bully these days. )

DirtyDog +2 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for going home early. Almost everyone had to be home by x-o’clock but almost everyone else stuck with it. Poor example from Mod!)

Tomor +2 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for pub finding shenanigans)

Fallout +4 (+3 for good, cold attendance, +1 for unprompted marking, -1 for thinking unprompted marking should be anything other than natural behavior, +1 for acting on Thunderace’s recommendation regarding blind tractor overtake, -2 IT WAS THUNDERACE … have you seen where he overtakes!, +2 for having the foresight to take a knife when going to check for traffic warden)

Spank +3 (+3 for good, cold attendance, +1 for good first showing on the Ace, -1 for buying a bike you can’t reach the ground on)

Daddyjob +1 (+3 for good, cold attendance, +1 for good effort with the two portions of double egg and chips, -3 for off the scale cholesterol given all those eggs.)

Rictus +6 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -2 for running out of fuel, +3 for cool chewing gum fix of Scoobs bling R1 cooling system, +2 for high speed filtering demo on A3 northbound!)

Scoobs +5 (+3 for good, cold attendance, +2 for accepting chewing gum as a perfectly valid repair to a very expensive bike and riding off into the sunset accordingly. Good lad!)

Wideboy +1 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -2 for constantly saying you are going home now, +1 for not going home, -1 for being the ONLY ONE to feel the need to give a lairy blip when parking up on the pavement in the market square. Gives a poor impression)

Tony-K +3 (+3 for good, cold attendance, +1 for apparently hitting road-kill with both wheels during a roadkill avoidance maneuver, -2 for poor observation in not spotting it way earlier, +1 for slightly improved lid putting on activities)

The Idle Bike +4 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for being late, +2 for looking cool in puffa-jacket)

Jammy +1 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for being late, -1 for no promised pillion (I’d even fitted my more comfy pillion seat) +1 for finding neutral first time in Loomies, -2 for riding into Loomies carpark with BOTH feet on the ground, +1 tattoo point as otherwise you’d have got zero which does not feel right)

Quik-D +8 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for being late, +2 for tuning up despite having read the GM bit of the forum, +2 for bringing girls too, +2 as I believe it was you who provided fuel for Rictus)

Mrs.Quik-D +3 (+3 for good, cold attendance, -1 for being late, +2 for brief JBA over lunch, -1 for JBA setting off Rictus’ pace-maker alarm)

Please let me know if I've missed anything significant.
