That's the purpose of a gift transaction, you're giving it with no recourse hence no fee.

If you're paying for goods or services rendered then PayPal charge a fee (whether the buyer or seller pays this is for you to decide between yourselves) which is in simple terms like an insurance premium, the reason you're paying is so that should things go wrong you can raise a claim/dispute with them and they will help resolve it.

sent me an email yesterday saying cowl is being picked up today and he will send me the tracking number today, still not got it but will wait and see , will let you know if i get it
