With mine, I just turned the whole weight using mole grips, and that took the screw with it.

Hi all,

Well I think I am going to have to deal with the Pointy's on an individual basis.

I think there maybe differences between year models. Some seem to work apart from the bolts being too short like pben47's and I can sort longer bolts.

On the other hand Ollie_07 has a problem with the bar ends not fitting flush with the bar. It's the first I've heard of this situation.

Ollie_07 does the bar not fit within the back cbore on the bar end or is it just a gap between the bar end and the grip? I can't tell from your PM'd pic.

I have a question for Oggs if you're out there? What size bolts did you use for your Pointy? And did you have any problems with it fitting flush?

I will sort everyone out don't you worry I just thought it was a little more straight forward for the Pointy people out there.

Well picked mine up from the post office (they look awesome) and will be fitting them on Monday. The bolts look the right length for my TL clip-ons and they should fit just fine.

I will update you if I have problems fitting them but I don't envisage it.

Cheers
