Brother has an 04 ZX636, he says it would be rubbish for commuting as it hurts his wrists and it quite small but I found it OK and was quite happy for ride it for 2 hours straight (although the rear is very hard). He picked his up for £3k with 6k on the clock. It's all down to personal preference though, just go and ride a few. I know it doesn't help much but thats the only way you'll know. I was thinking about the fazer 600, test rode it and hated it! Same with the R6.

Hi, i had a go on the 600FS, to be honest i felt that my SV was better, just dident inspire me.
Get a Daytona 675 i saw one for 5400 on an 06plate mint condition, bit over budjet but you dont lose as much tourqe as the inl4's, dont get a red one tho thats my colour! |

The CBR600F and FS (Sport I think) Are the same except: The Sport has no centre stand, stiffer valve springs, and a split seat / pillion seat. Also came in slightly racier colour schemes. In real terms it's no different to the normal CBR600, but that's no bad thing at all! The main CBR600 then got replaced by the RR, which people bought because they could pretend to be Nicky Hayden easier.... |
