Tec = Tail End Charlie. The rider at the back of the pack. Normally someone who knows the route and indicates to the Markers all have past and to help anyone in need to help, pretty much keeps the group together.

Marking System = You have the leader who will be Ed in this case who will know the route and lead the rideout, when a junction or roundabout is stumbled across Ed will igesture the next person (the person behind him) to stop somewhere safely to give the rest of the group the exit or turn to take. It only works if people comply and wait (no matter how long it takes) until the TEC waves them on.

Looks like we are missing Whitchurch out, you could join at either Ellesmere or the Ellesmere turn off to the south of Wem. large pub called the Bridgewater Arms:D.
