Aye fecked it be. Even without the forks i'd be left with a load of things to replace. I'm sure it woulb be relatively easy for someone with spare money and a garage but for me it's a no-go.]

Edit: pushed it around on the now non-iced up car park and it looks like the forks might be ok. Still up for sale though at the weekend.
