A good example is my own graph (see sig), my standard fuelling was WAY off (blue) aftermarket chip (other two, one with baffles one without) and you can see the jump, that is going from way lean to almost bang on... Thing is that is only at full throttle, which is a pretty pointless measurement as its pretty rarely used. When I eventually get round to getting mine setup ill make a point of him getting the low RPM low throttle right first, as that is where most of the riding is done, and also where you feel the most effect of bad fuelling.


I just adjusted the area where it was running lean by putting it up by 2 or so, seems ok although there is a lot more popping.

On over run? What throttle positions did you adjust?
