There are two F marks on the fly wheel isnt there? When I setup the rear do I turn the engine 180 degrees to the other F mark to do the front (I assume this is a daft question but I'll ask it anyway)

No there is 1 you turn it 360degrees. both pistons are nearly at tdc together, this animation will make it click for you i think.

Basically once both are done and timed up, every time you rotate 360 back to F one of the cams will be in the position indicated in the above diagrams, rotate another 360 the other is etc etc.

Its all in the manual http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CJ56DGJA

There can be many reasons why conception can be delayed or which cause difficulty w/ carrying a pregnancy. And many can be detected by charting and treated at home.

I highly recommend charting at least your cervical fluid in addition to BBT. Once you have a couple of cycles charted, you can better see what may be causing difficulty for you, if you can self-treat, or if you need a doctor's assistance.

I am missing the joke here
