looked up motobatt batteries. does the main leads connect on to a seperate area then in opposite corners and then it leaves all those 3 screws either side for any further auxillary connectors? looks neat |
Update
Disconnected everything .. Still went dead after a day .. So nothing draining it that I had connected . Now have purchased a new battery ..one of those bright yellow ones with multi attachments on ..and an optimate .. and all is well .. .. |
Re: Too many wires to my battery terminals
Hey Quiffster, could you post a photo of it installed? Be interesting to see how it fits.
|
Course I can mike ..
Its a bit bigger tha standard I reckon and makes the plastic side piece hard to fit back on so had to cable tie through the hole. Hidden under seat though so not a problem.. got the optimate fly lead connected now as well as my other stuff .. mottobatt has a little more oomph I think from the blurb .. |
Re: Too many wires to my battery terminals
Ta buddy :D

It sits in same gap
Has connectors each corner so 2 positive 2 neg Was 45 quid delivered from busters .. but now I feel confident that bike will start and run ok with all my attatchments . I think the last couple o years have drained it beyond redemption..however my optimate might bring it back from the dead ... sods law |
Mike youll see I had to cable tie the side infill on as the battery makes it springy under tension and pops the push screw out.. must be slightly larger battery or ive popped it in wrong .. u cant tell when its on .
