Re: Debrix emu and spring change
The damper rods sussed its the fitting of the emulators. Im sure I read the oem spacers were unusable with this mod.

Re: Debrix emu and spring change
You can trim them down by the length of the emulator but it depends on the the sag you get when your on the bike. You have to bear in mind if you take the preload adjuster out to the max is about the same as the height of the emulator approx 15mm

Re: Debrix emu and spring change
What spring you got. If 8.5 I would leave spacer alone until you measure the rider sag

Re: Debrix emu and spring change
Not bought a new k tech one yet. Still oem inside the fork.

Re: Debrix emu and spring change
Do not cut the spacer then and it would really be worth getting new springs

Re: Debrix emu and spring change
Give them a bell. They are really helpful. Told them my requirement 12st rider with emulators mAinly track days with a bit of road riding and they said I was inbetween the 8.5 and 9 but recommend the 8.5 if I preferred a plusher ride.
