Number 1 for sure, he'll get number 3 there, possibly number 2 and a fine too, even if he get off scott free he'll always remember it and hopefully be a bit more careful.

Mr Lou chose No 2. He fel that the course would do the driver more good than harm.
We never saw her driving again :shock:

Lol, my answer was '0'.

The police investigation was completely seperate to the insurance, the guy who hit me didn't have a leg to stand on and admitted liability very quickly. My accident details are here - http://forums.sv650.org/viewtopic.ph...er=asc&start=0. I think the insurance paid out within a couple of months.
