Re: How to clean a downpipe?
Mine will be coming off in the next couple of weeks. They really are coted in crap. Only two years old look more like 20. Loads of cleaning for the old girl coming up.
Also I'm going to get rad gaurds off Evotech as they do black ones rather than the bling silver stuff. http://www.evotech-performance.com/m...ki/sv650s/2009 And I get a discount as Ive bought a few bits off them previously. They are willing to give discount if you buy a few bits at a time. Chris will sort you out. |

Re: How to clean a downpipe?
Mines still a work in progress, need to get it on the paddock stand to get more space.
Have cleaned the majority of my downpipe, just a few Stuborn rust spots that won't budge. Needs more sand paper :D |

This is my daily runner. I travel 68 miles a day, for work, all year unless it is icy. I sadly enjoy cleaning my bike and car. I know they are not super bikes and cars but you still need to be proud of what you have. I think you should always make the most of what you have. I can easily understand people not cleaning the down pipes though. H |
