Well I have just been out for a ride with Need2RIDE and she went through a whole new pair of sliders, both knees, so I'm guessing she's playing Devil's Advocate here :D Norhty, if people are riding slower when trying to get their knee down I guess they must be safer than those naughty speedsters:eye: OK OK, you don't have to respond to that! ;) |

Re: Knee down?
I don't see how keeping the bike upright on cornering prevents it sliding, surely whether its going to slide or not depends on whether the grip from the tyres overcomes the force trying to keep you going in a straight line (centripetal force?). Unless there's better grip along the centre of the tread there's no point keeping it upright??

So are you confirming that you wore 2 sliders, left and right - from new to gone in one ride ... or going to expose the Balky one for the lying toe-rag he evidently is?!?? :laughat: {Balky001} :smt044 Dude, if you are going to lie, make it at least slightly believable!! |
