Curvy Chain Adjuster Marker Plates

i have finally got round to making these up.

these plates are replacements for your old, worn, scabby and simply stamped chain adjuster marker plates. the OEM plates that come with your bike are made from 2.5mm galvanised mild steel and are simply stamped out and are not handed e.g. there is no left or right ones for fitting. due to the plates being stamped they have low tolerances so slop about on the axle when you adjust your chain which can give a false reeding and in turn misaligning your rear wheel.

these new adjuster plates are made form 3mm marine grade (316) stainless steel and are handed so there is a left and right side to them which gives them a much much higher tolerance than the OEM ones and in turn gives a much better reading so your rear wheel is more in line. being stainless steel they will not go scabby like the OEM ones and are very easily cleaned and very robust.

i have worked out the price to be £10.80 inc P&P to anywhere in the UK (the OEM ones from suzuki are £10.50 ) the price also includes a donation of £1 to help keep the org running.

if you have any questions or would like a pair then just give me a PM or say so in this thread and i'll get back to you with payment details.

i have fettles some up and tried one set on a spindle (thank sh) and swingarm (thanks mav). the spindle i have has marks where it has been resting so i know how much to draw the swingarm and all is well and it the plates do indeed draw in enough on the spindle.

Gary and Nicky, i will PM you later on with payment details and should have them posted out on monday.
