Swingarm pivot shaft play
 

I have some play on my Pointy K3 swingarm. The play is not side to side as such(I installed Bibs spacers about a year ago), so i though the swingarm bearings were finally on the way out.

I stripped down the back end and pulled the swingarm out. With the swingarm out the bearings all look good. There is no play between the cups and the bearings. The play I'm feeling is between the cup inner and the pivot shaft.

I'm guessing this is likey the cups that are worn rather than the pivot shaft??
I just want to get some opinions before i go order a nice expensive set of cups.

Got my hands on another pivot shaft and the same play is there.
Must be the cups that are worn so.
