was it raining?

Bike could of single cylinder'd (water in front plug causing it to fail),

Check your normal checks first (Oil, water, leaks etc . . ). If all okay then start looking towards front plug and clear out with WD40 and either invest in a fender extenda or try some sealant around the front plug.

my advice is check the oil first as it's just a tell tail sign if anything is wrong, any clanging noises when it cut out? And also if the front plug has water around it, clear it using WD40 with a straw and you shouldn't have to remove the radiator.
