Myself and a couple of other friends are looking at doing this for next year, although we may miss the entry date, but we´ll try.

Rough outline, buy a car no larger than a 1.2, get as much sponsorship as possible and try and get from West Sussex to the Mongol capital in an undetermined amount of time.

Advice please. :D

What cars to recomend? Something easy to repair, cheap and readilly available. (Has to be 2002 or newer and under a 1.2) Both these rules are obsolete if we go in a service vehicle or something useful to the Mongolian government... E.g. Ambulance, fire truck etc...

Any other pointers? Are we mad? And would you sponsor us?
