Curvy cold starting?

I'm lost with this bike, this morning it refused to start-It doesn't turn over as normal its turns/turned over real slow and only a few times, sounds as if the starter isn't firing.

I'm going to give it a good service as I have no history for the bike.

Pop your bike info in your sig then you dont have to worry if you forget. 99 curvy i hope its black and naked :)

Mine had a cold starting issue and it was down to my choke plungers being stuck and my battery condition, hows yours?
