Battery voltage question.

Hello,

is 12.65 volts across the battery enough to start a cold sv650 curvy ?

The voltage could be 13.7V and not be enough, a duff battery could get high voltage but low on amps and cranking power. The only way to really know is a load test, if you can't do it yourself it's cheaper buying a new battery then getting someone to do it.
