What could this be?

I've managed to adjust the clutch, so it's not slipping.

However, when on a long journey, like this morning, I stop for petrol, to refill, and when I get back on to ride off its really clunky getting into gear up or down.
but when I pull the revs on, she goes easily or or down the gears.

and then when in low revs again, she gets really clunky? is this normal?

Cheers

When you say 'adjust' if what you did was move the cable adjusters, then what you may have done is adjust the cable - not the clutch.

Try this:
