Picked her up today...
and WOW - what fun:D
plenty of this: :sunny: a bit of this::driving: and some pedestrians like this: :smt104 when they see my grin can't wait for tomorrow now:compress: by the way does anyone have instructions for changing the side and head lights on the pointy model - would be useful to have as i've got the bulbs but not yet got the haynes manual:rolleyes: |
Re: Picked her up today...
good stuff :) headlights - no fairing to remove. Just yank the dust/water covers off, then theres a metal clip holding them in. Really simple.
Sidelights can be accessed through the fairing, theres one screw holding a palm sized bit of black plastic, just unscrew that- and obvious. why are you changing the sidelights? |

Re: Picked her up today...
ok, headlamps replaced, christ the phillips +80% ones are bright and very white:eek: - the blue sidelights don't really get a look in but they look quite bling:D
thought i'd fried the electrics when i stuck the ignition on and it said "CHEC" - that'll be because it's in gear and has the stand down - duh:rolleyes::D |

it's 77 miles around the coast, but the state of 90% of the roads means you won't be going that fast anyway:p |
