Stock steering damper, stock rear SOAS (normal, they do have a short lifespan though).

Good though, need to change thoes cans, too quiet like that.

great bike, very similar to mine, hope you dont mind but how much did you pay for it and what year is it? Those brakes are off a hayabusa and they will stop you in no time at all same as i have and very nice. Really really change those end cans (if you get baffled ones i would happily take the stock ones off your hands if you fancy recouping a couple of quid, mine has micron end cans with no baffles and puts on 122db which is to much for a track day so im trying to find a way to make it quieter).

Also dont take the stearing dampner off, i did for a grand total of 20 mins, it is there for a reason.

Its not all that bad, just have to be very careful opening that throttle over bumpy roads. But overall keep it on.

Looks good, those 6 pots are better than the standards but may seize if used in cruddy weather alot, not a big problem just watch out for it. I have also fitted a radial master to mine from a 999, bought a minter off fleabay, the brakes went from good to oooomyyyyyyyygawd good ;)

Have fun.

Oh and make sure your clutch cable is regularly lubed, the clutch gets v.v heavy if it isnt.

lastly dont be alarmed if there is a slight oil leak/mist coming from the clutch cover, it is a known and common fault which is easily remedied.
