I had a similar voltage issue last year, although mine didn't cut out, it just didn't charge the battery. As in your case, battery tested okay, r/r tested okay and stator tested okay, but low AC... |

Steps 1 - 3 of this guide will give you an idea of what might need tweaking. A Vernier caliper, and a set of needle files should be enough. Replacement nuts and saddles can be got cheaply if it goes... |
