Picked the sv up from South Wales super bikes, brand new. Rode it home, wife went to take it out for a blast and dropped it.hadent owned it for more than2 hours. |

cheap running shoes are the way ahead, the less cushioning the better. wouldn't dream of spending more than £50. using more miles fell running shoes at the moment. |

The trouble is it gets addictive, it starts with a 5 k then a 10k, before you know it you are running marathons. Then you start thinking can I go further. On the bright side the more you run the more... |
