Flashed this morning...
I got flashed by a rear facing camera this moring, think I was doing about 55 in 50. Just missed my turn so wasn't paying attention can someone remind me what the turn around for this is? If I remember correctly its that you have 2 weeks after that don't worry, or have they changed it again?

IIRC it no longer counts after 4 years and can be removed after a further 12 months, so 5 years in total ... but I'm sure one of the plod on here will be along soon to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth

Although after 3 years they cease from counting towards the "totting up" system. But it also depends on the offence. |
