Default radiator bleeding

Hey just got a new radiator do I bleed it the same way I would on a normal coolant change or is there more to do with a new one?
Cheers

Hi Gaz, can I ask where you got your radiator from? I am in the market for one myself and mine is quite warped. I was thinking of getting a Delkavic one off ebay.

Also the answer to your question would help me greatly too.

Thanks all

I have done thanks buddy. Hopefully I'll get lucky too, don't fancy dropping a £150 really but hey, such is the price of vanity I suppose ^^

Yep basically the same as coolant change.

top it right up until no more goes in ( maybe rock the bike a little and squeeze the hoses to fill up as much as possible)

start the engine leave for a min....rev a good few times as it increases the flow in the system and top up accordingly.

double check again abit later perhaps if you arnt sure but should take about 5 mins if that once the radiator is on.

Dont forget to re-check the level once the bike is cold, leaving it overnight is ideal.
