I ride nearly all the time with the brake lever covered. I suppose the training sticks!
However, the levers do transfer the cold very quickly into my fingers which I just don't seem to be able to re-warm. The question is, and I have had a Google about; are there heated levers available, or what's the recommended method of stopping the heat loss? Pete ![]() |

Can you get a neoprene skin to go over them?

Most heated gloves claim to heat right to the fingertips and the thumb so might be a good (albeit more expensive) way of sorting the problem out

Set of DL hand guards. Keeps all the wing blast off. I ride all year with summer gloves but in the winter I stick the guards on and turn on the heated grips. Warm and toasty.

Of course! Neoprene covers! Excellent.
I must be getting old. Heated grips, hand guards and now finger warmers ! Pete ![]() |

Do you ride with your fingers on the brake and or clutch lever? If so don't then you won't get cold.
