OK, so it'll bolt straight in. Questions abound now.......
1) Does the battery tray need cutting or whatever? (Prolly "no", since it "goes straight in") 2) Is there a difference in length between the two? If so, what's the effect on ride height / steering rake? 3) The difference will be great if others are to be believed, but will the setup be a nightmare? Thanks guys, Garry ![]() |

I put a K5 thou shock in my K3 - was easy enough, but had to cut the battery tray..

you just move the battery tray back a bit thats what i dont didnt need 2 cut anything really just drill a few holes and the gsxr shocks bolt straight in!

Interesting...the battery tray in the K3 is all part of the undertray - i.e. you cant just move it back - is the K4 different then?

btw, I think I paid around ?35 for my shock of ebay, so 110 sounds far too expensive.
There are quite a few knocking about as a lot of folk change the shocks early on for ohlins or similar, with very low (if no) miles... |
