One thing to bear in mind with this mod is that Blue light affects the eyes ability to focus.

Now while the above is not totally on topic (it was the best I could find quickly), looking at your clocks may cause eye-strain (as they try to focus) at best, and at worst cause you to have issues with your eyes focusing and re-focusing as you look from the road to the clocks and back, especially at night.

I am not an optician or anything, its just that I would have those concerns if considering this mod (actually I DID have those concerns and didnt do it.)
