Default orange

Since I moved house I don't get a signal on my phone. It was crap in the old house too but here I can't even send a text unless I hold up the phone to the roof. Its pathetic.
Its on a 18 month contract with orange. Is there any way to cancel it early because its basically unusable ?

Contact them, when you are able (LOL) I have heard they can boost the signal to your phone but I am not sure.

No point having a phone if you can't use it, sure they can do something to assist you. At the end of the day you pay for a service and if they are unable to provide to where you are then does that make it "not fit for purpose" or summat.

Either that or get a chair on stilts so when you need to use your phone you are higher towards your roof.

Aerial built in the handset.

If it worked before you moved I would say it's a signal issue unless you have dropped ya phone.

Just phoned them up. "orange cannot guarantee a signal in a building or a moving vehicle."
Only option - Pay up the remaining 9 months of your contract - £225

Been able to pick up an Orange signal better than some guys at work on other networks, simialr situation when up in the more remote areas up there

Do you get a good signal outside the house, if so then its the house itself blocking the signal, same thing happens in older houses when people try and use WiFi and the walls block the signal
