Channel 5 excels at putting out such informative shows on after tea-time.
What I think they should of done was have a all you can eat offer at the beach. |

It was funny when they described the explosion out of it blow hole while it stood waiting to be transported.
Bet it stunk...ppeeeee eugh!

It was interesting, it was!
Basically it was about a university scientist bloke who wanted to find out why a Sperm whale had washed up dead somewhere. They pulled it out of wherever it was found and tried transporting it across town in hot sun to have an autopsy. What they didn't expect was it to go bang in the middle of a street. Reason..it had started decomposing, gasses built up in its body,also they think it had been hit by a ship at sea, so its skin was damaged and it went bang Apparently these whales sleep vertically with their nose to the surface, they are catching zeds so much they don't know that ships are near, and ships don't see them, so they get hit by them, this is the theory as to why it died I think it was a case of whale spontaneous combustion, and all it needed was a good fart
