Seen a funny thing today

Seen a funny thing this afternoon.
Driving in my van past a burst water main repair in Boldmere road, sutton coldfield (just by the suzuki dealer where i bought my bike funnily enough)
a couple were soaked by a tansit van coming the other way (the same side as the cascading water).
The funny thing was the van driver was p1ssing himself laughing as he drove past splashing them, when the geeky looking rocker bloke stopped for a bit, looked at his drenched missus then started running full pelt after this van.
I looked in my mirror and could see this guy gaining on him due to traffic before the guy in the van turned into a side road which i think was a dead end.
This youngish guy looked like the freaks you would see wasting all his friends with an AK47 in a school in the states, he looked very angry.
Wished i had turned round to see this van driver get confronted.

You had to be there, but just thought i would share it.

van driver sound's like a complete butt nugget to me.

I remember a wet day when a bunch of kids were on the side of the road egging cars to get them wet, so i did... i pished myself laughing but i dunno, maybe i killed them or something?
