For starters 10w is recommended from manuals. Depends on your weight I use 15W, a few would say thats a bit stiff for my weight, but I prefer my eyeballs to bounce less

Well, I can't really say as I'm not knowledgeable enough. Although judging by the amount of gentlemen on here that are a lot heavier than me.....15W is the way to go(I've noticed many threads with blokes saying they have 15W). It certainly feels firm, and I swear its more smooth over bumps, but I have got new springs in my forks too.
Suppose its down to personal preference
