Do not use the above company the worst customer service i have ever had in my life !! I orderd a ground Anchor it came today ... the wrong ground anchor arrived (WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS) and is also 5 pounds cheaper than the one i wanted ..so i gave the contact number on there website a call after 3 atempts gave up .. i recived a call back from a gent and i explained that i had recived the wrong ground anchor and that there was no instructions ither (Then he laughed at me as if i was stupid and said like i was a child) "all you need to do is dig a hole no one had ever asked me for instructions (Snigger)" so we agreed on him refunding me the 5 pounds and i would keep the anchor I then said i dont need the instructions but i am a tenant and i was going to provied the instrucions to my landlord so he could see what i was doing before i fitted the anchor and also it states on your website all fitting instructions included. so i asked after this can i have some instructions and he replied i dont have them i dont make the bloody things i just sell them so i will refund you the diffrence and put the phone down on me !!! i called back 3 times and didnt get an answer i was going to tell him to arange for the anchor to be collected and refund all my money so i just left a message saying how terrible and and how shocked i was at his coustomer serivce was and to refund me my 5 pounds and im going to post on all the motorcycle fourms i am a member of and inform every one how poor your service was !! I would have never dream of talking to one of my customers like that i just couldnt belive he put the phone down on me ! Last edited by hindle8907; 02-06-09 at 05:53 PM. |

That's outrageous to put the phone down on a customer! I would get pretty annoyed with him if he laughed at me and spoke in a patronising tone.

![]() Nice people to deal with are Almax. Infact, theres a chap on here going by the user name Almax...maybe you can have a chat to him about security and stuff |

if you paid by credit card I'm sure you'll be covered and the credit card company should refund you and get the money off the scrotes

The customer is king used to be the saying, that was before the British started to fight back and all of a sudden, customer service has changed for the worse. Personally I would have left it at refunding my £5 and not left a message. I am guessing now that you will not receive your refund....but good luck anyway.
