Anyone Oakdeaning it tonight?

Random question of the day. Locals should know

I havent been to the oakdeance cafe for about 3 years or more. It all got a bit heated down there with police, residents and bikers. At one point they where coviscating(sp?) bikes for repeat offences with regards to plates, exhausts, top boxes etc. It may of changed but no one has ever told me different. Last time i was going that way i recieved a £30 fine for my number plate!

Strange? I've been there once or twice this year, but was there plenty last year without issues? You get the odd police bike or two turn up sometimes.

tbh, im just popping in there for a cuppa and meeting my old man, then going off for a little jolly jaunt round some back roads. Theres always SV's down there though.

Oh I tend to use it a fair bit, generally though it's day time and not evenings, do a nice breakfast there as well as a proper brew.

As i said, probably calmed down a lot and by the looks of it, it has.

The top Cafe at the A2 has shut down as well.

Think most of the "bike loons" go to Ebbsfleet international now as theres some good roads. I remember posting years ago about me using them as a little race track before the station was even built, but the road structure was. Was great fun.


As I say, its more a "stop off point" now for bikers passing through.

I'll be there at 6.30pm if anyones about. Can't miss us, look for the pair of Tornados, one being much better than the other, but both extraordinarily cool ha ha.

What other cafe is that then?

I think the other is the Mary creast or chest can't remember. But it's on the slip road out of bluewater joining the a2 towards rochester. Just after you have the junction to come off for ebbs fleet. Can't wait for the weathe so can go out to the afternoon meets.
