I would have thought the best would be a rad from a curvy (bigger I believe) with an oil cooler from a pointy if it all fits in. Sure somebody with more knowledge will be along soon.

Which year bike do you have?

It also depends if you are running minitwin regs or not. If you arent and you a have an injected bike then yes a curvy rad will fit and it is slightly deeper for a little bit better cooling. You just need to fabricate a few longer brackets.

If you are running under minitwin regs then because it isnt a straight fit without fabrication of new brackets it aint allowed.

You done all the basics like checked for air locks etc?

Samco hoses may give you a little better cooling help too but not much.

How hot is it running?
The curvy rad is deeper but narrower, I think the total core area is less. The K3 rad is wider... but ugly and exposed in a crash.

An SV1000 radiator from Delkevic will fit and thats what we run on our "Thunderbike" spec SV's. Also build in a shroud that covers any gaps between the fairing and radiator, this will help air to flow through the radiator better and bring down the running temp by about 5oc.

Hope that helps.
