Default YBR lighting/electrics?

Basically I need my YBR MOT'd but there's something wrong with the elctrics or lighting...

The battery is completely dead, so not sure if that's an issue, but got it started via the kickstart and here's the list:

Tail light wasn't on, but turned on mid journey,
The indicators flash very fast, but all of them work, just the timing is wrong,
Normally when you rev a 125cc the headlight gets brighter, but this one seems to be getting dimmer
When going along I can hardly see the headlight but if I hit the rear brake pedal to ten the brake light on, the headlight gets way brighter.... But only when going above like 20mph, below that it is fine.

Oh and the rev counter only works from 4750-5750 & 6500+ rpm, although it appears to be electronic,
And lastly the hotgrips were off, according to the control unit, but they were like burning my hands lol!

Anyone have any ideas!? Regulator maybe?

Yes sounds like reg or similar gremlin, maybe a dodgy earth somewhere, they often cause weirdness.

Right here is the deal...

On idle it's at 7.8V... When I rev it it drops to 5.8V...
On idle with brake held on it's at 9V... Revving with brake pushed is 10.5V
On idle the indicators flash faster than normal... With brake pushed they flash faster again...
When revving brag pushed or not, indicators slow down to just faster than normal...

Just put the battery on charge and the charger says it's near fully charged...
