Default Restricters

Am I right in thinking that the restriction method on a curvy is a washer sitting in the top of each carb? If so does any one know the measurements of them? I'm not willing to pay through the nose for two pieces of metal and I've never seen any for sale and I don't think I can afford a pointy.

dude, bit un orthodox, but, take your bike to a dyno center and get them to put a screw into the throttle housing on the bars when the bike hits 33bhp! thats how mine was done, and takes two seconds to remove

The washers sit underneath the carbs.

I have restriction washers fitted to a curvy I took vernier measurements before i fitted them. They are 1mm thick, 44.23mm in diameter and the hole in the middle is 18.41mm. The hole is exactly circular and bang in the middle.

Heres a pic:

They fit between the carbs and the engine.

Under the carbs!

Put them on top it will be like you've got the choke on and 300-sized main jets or something...
