Default rim tape removal

Anyone know of anything that gets this stuff off ? trying to do mine and its a right a**e to get off. It peels off for about a centimetre, then snaps....
it's doing me ead in

ha, all sorted now, took ten minutes. I used a hairdryer !

I was gonna say I used a heat gun on low, so a hairdryer would do it but you've got it sorted.

Are you replacing it or leaving it off?

Mine came right off with the old tape, a bit of brake cleaner on a rag will shift it, and everything else, so a good coat of wax afterwards will help to keep them shiney.

Mine were done with the wheels off for new tyres to be fitted and it made life much easier.

Replaced mine BTW, yellow reflective stuff on there now and it does attract attention. I don't think anything that makes a dozy cager look twice is a bad thing.
