Default a picture can tell a 1000 stories

So, I know it is after the event, but do you think the poor biker with leg injuries after this will be held accountable.

to me this looks a clear case of car cuts corner, does not look where he is going and OMG that bike must be flying to suddenly appear at the T junction.

What is left of his bike is between verge and fire engine. Photo obviously after the ambulance left driver has whiplash and shock

Ah right. position of car would certainly suggest the driver was cutting the corner, hard to see how it would end up where it is otherwise. Were you there when it happened then? looks like bike was moving to end up there, guess biker was turning left?

It looks to me as if the car was turning right into the side road. There is damage to the bonnet on the nearside of the car and the bonnet has been lifted and moved left. That suggests the bike was going along the main road and the car turned across it's path.

I see what you mean but it looks like there is more damage to the offside. To my untrained eye it looks as if the main impact was on that side.

Offside, nearside, I always get them mixed up!

Yeah, drivers side damage.
