In seriousness, altough it seems a bit of a joke...its a kids show, kids know girls and boys, they don't even know why boys are different to girls sometimes, only that one wears blue the other pink.
Why the hell should an 'adult' decision of life be asked of a show that has done just fine for god knows how many years. Kids don't need this example to show 'people are different'
