Was at my first Sprint race. Seventh run of the day, up against the record holder, wanted a quick start to at least look like I was fast for a few seconds, dumped the clutch too heavily and.......OMG HELP ME.....throttled off and got the wheel down, throttled on and lifted the wheel back up, then proceeded to swerve my way down the next 100yds, bouncing off the rev limiter and trying to get my brain back in gear.
![]() Thanks to Annie Lee for capturing the moment. |

The instant the lights went I was off like a bullet, for all of a fraction of a second, before my world went weird and all I could see was blue!

Bloody hell mate, that is an awesome pic, and I guess a brown pants moment, Ben said it went well at the bike experience.
Anyway here is a link to MCN http://www.motorcyclemonthly.co.uk/ Click the link and when it opens in the middle under the top banner click the 'Go Digital' it'll open a digital version of MCN. The bike experience is on pages 18 and 19 Happy reading
