I go there from time to time (Silver naked SV1000) but unfortunately you've pretty much missed the "season" I think this Wednesday is the last one before the cafe switches to only being open the last Wednesday of the month. I went last week and by the time I got there about 8 ish there were only 20-30 bikes rather than the 100+ you usually get when it's not dark and damp.

Also worth trying Loomies on a Wednesday too but you tend to find the way some people ride over there generates a lot of police interest on the approach roads so need to keep a good look-out.

Not been to the Lord Derby for a while so not sure if that one still happens.

i've gone up to a few this year. Been a few good turn outs during the summer. The Lord Derby the pub down the road on the entrance to Alton/Odiham near the round about? i think it does still go on, i'm not entirely sure.
Loomies, where abouts is that, i recognise the name but can't palce it

Hey, welcome back Dan. How long before the "what new bike do I get" threads fire up again?

No more of that. Can't afford a new bike, setting up a business so all funds are going into that at the moment. i did however get a really loud exhaust for the Hairnet recently. It does sound fruity now.
